Checks if an Emmet command is available for the current editor context.
Parameters
- editor: Editor
  The current Ace editor instance
- command: string
  The Emmet command to check availability for
Returns boolean
Whether the command is available in the current editor mode
- Defined in src/ext/emmet.js:421
